On 13.02.2025, the meeting of the members of the VIȘEU DE SUS- MARAMUREȘ KNIGHTS SCAUNION took place, with the main theme of improving the organization’s chivalric activity.
It was a great pleasure for us to participate in this chivalric forum, the 1st Proconsul of the Romanian Consulate of the OEVE, OKT Eques Ornatus Marius Farmazon.
During the meetings, attended by 12 confraternity members, we presented a brief report on the work carried out so far and the future plans of the organization, the main objective being to meet the statutory criteria for the transformation of the Vișeu de Sus Knightly Seat into the Legate of Maramureș. Proposals were made to improve the chivalric activity and to increase the degree of involvement of the Maramureș brethren in the organization’s projects.
The next day, together with the Proconsul Marius Farmazon and fellow members Dan Bornea and Ioan Sas we traveled to Sighetu Marmatiei, to prepare the Knight Ceremony scheduled for 31.05.2025.
We consider the meeting extremely useful, which is why we will plan such meetings at least every six months.
