On Friday, December 20, 2024, the Constanta and Tulcea chivalric chairs organized the first joint meeting of the members of the Dobrogea organizations, which had as objectives, on the one hand, the collaboration between the two organizations, and on the other hand, the identification of ways to improve future activities, an event attended by the vast majority of the Dobrogea confraternity.
The program began with an impressive carol concert performed by members of the choir of the Orthodox Episcopate of Tulcea, after which the 1st Proconsul of the Romanian Consulate of the OEVE, OKT Eques Ornatus Marius Farmazon, invited to the meeting, made a brief presentation of the rules and customs of chivalry, as well as the future projects of the Consulate. S.C.Constanța Commander, Consiliarius Ion Vlădoi, who presented, at the end of his mandate, the activity report and the proposals to improve the organization’s activity, and S.C.Tulcea Commander, Consiliarius Ion Bălan, who also presented a short activity report and the objectives that the organization proposes for the next period. At the end of the discussions, Proconsul 1 congratulated the brother Consiliarius Ion Vlădoi for his work as Commander of S.C.Constanta, underlining his role in the restructuring and development of the organization. Congratulations were also addressed to Brother Consiliarius Ion Bălan, Commander of S.C.Tulcea, for his decisive contribution to the establishment and consolidation of the organization.
At the end, the brother Hospes Ioan Vlad, oenological engineer and Master of the S.C.Tulcea, coordinated a wine tasting of the most representative wineries of Dobrogea, accompanied by local gastronomic delicacies.
Congratulations to the members from Dobrogea for the initiative, which will certainly be multiplied at the level of the other organizations within the Romanian Consulate of the OEVE.
