From June 19 to 21, 2026, in the Sălaj region, the Legatul Silvania held a ceremony to accredit new members and promote them to higher ranks.
On the evening of Friday, June 19, at the Moara din Pădure guesthouse, located in a secluded and picturesque area of Sălaj County, a traditional chivalric evening took place, blending perfectly the wild natural setting,local cuisine, and the selection of wines offered by the organizers.
As is his custom, the leader of the Silvania Legate, Eques Radu Ciordaș, organized a traditional artistic program that was greatly appreciated by the knights and their companions in attendance at the event.
On Saturday, June 20, 2026, in the city of Jibou, a knighting ceremony was held, coordinated by Vice Consul Marius Farmazon, a representative of the OEVE Senate, and attended by high-ranking officials from the Romanian Consulate of the OEVE, as well as local officials, including Mayor Dan Ghiurco and Deputy Mayor Vlad Andrei Pascalău.
The gala dinner took place at Green House Events, a venue that combines contemporary elegance with a secluded natural setting, perfect for sophisticated, chivalrous events.
