NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATIONS

Dear wine lovers, thank you for your interest in our chivalric activities!
This event is now fully booked, so we invite you to subscribe to the newsletter on our homepage to stay up to date on our future projects.

REGISTRATION FORM

The participation fee is 250 EUR per person and includes:

- participation in the Harvest Festival
- wine tasting organized by partner wineries
- a traditional yet contemporary Romanian dinner on Friday
- bus transfers for Friday
- entertainment programs for both evenings
- Participation in the Wine Knights Ball held at Hotel Central Ploiești

The participation fee does not include: accommodation, transfers to and from the airport, à la carte meals, (mini)bar, or other extra services requested individually by participants.

NOTES:

1) The event is limited to a maximum of 150 participants, so reservations will be made in the order in which the participation fee is received in the organizer's bank account.

2) It is the responsibility and choice of each participant to purchase personal health and accident insurance.

3) Certain activities included in the program may be replaced with others that are similar in duration and content.

4) If the organizer decides to reschedule the event, participants may choose to keep their registration.

5) Cancellation policy:

Cancellation until August 1, 2026: 95% refund of the participation fee (5% processing fee per person).

Cancellation by September 1, 2026: 75% refund of the participation fee.

Cancellation after September 1, 2026: no refund.

Cancellation of registration in the event of force majeure: full refund minus a 5% processing fee per person. Cancellation must be requested in writing by the person who made the reservation.

6) Bank fees associated with the payment of participation fees will be borne by the participants.

Payment of participation fees will be made centrally through the leaders of the organizations and will be accompanied by a list of participants by name (including family members and guests).
