On March 19 this year, the knightly ceremony of awarding the certification plaque of the restaurant Ellipse City by Ramada Plaza Craiova was officiated. The restaurant, known for its premium gastronomic experience, has been evaluated by the Oenological Commission of the Romanian Consulate of the OEVE, which awarded it the maximum rating of 5 glasses. This award recognizes excellence in the selection and serving of wines, reinforcing the values promoted by the European Order of the Knights of the Knights of Wine.
The distinction joins the prestigious Escoffier certification, reflecting Ramada Plaza Craiova’s commitment to “perfect wine pairing”.
The ceremony was attended by Proconsul I. Marius Farmazon, Proconsul II. Gratzian Mărgărit, Event Advisor Marcello Battaglia and S.C.Craiova’s Designated Commander Florin Opriș, the certified venue being represented by General Manager Victor Berceanu.
