Bucovina Legate organized, between 5-7 September 2025, at pension Perla Rarăului in Pojorâta, the fourth edition of the event “Good Wine, Food & Music”. The event was attended by 40 people, including 14 members accompanied by family and guests. We mention the presence of Mr. Alexandru Sapojnic, Proconsul 1 of the Republic of Moldova.
First evening programme:
- wine tasting “Bolgiu Cellars – 1934“
- gastronomic feast by Perla Rarăului
- live recital “Jazz & Pop Wirh Us“, with Adilia Chiriac(vocals) & Emanuel Stempel(keyboards)
On Saturday, a wine tasting of the “Academica Purcari” (Viorica Orange 2020, Rara Neagră 2019, Fetească Neagră 2019 and Saperavi 2019), all rated between 93 and 96 Decanter points. A very interesting experience, accompanied by a lecture exposition given by confrere Alexandru Sapojnic.
Programme of the second evening:
- wine tasting “Wine Cellar Delta Danube – La Sapata“
- gastronomic feast by Perla Rarăului, with a special moment “Angus Cook Slow by Chef Ducu Cenușă“ (Brisket & Ribs, prepared at Smoker Grill)
- live sound background with master Dan Decebal Chitic and his guests.
At the tasting, the wines were paired with local artisan cheeses from “Dairy Factory” in Sadova.
