<\/strong>At the end of October 2024, some confreres of the Bucovina Legate, together with their families, carried out a documentation in the Siermone – Verona – Valdobbiadene areas, related to the DOCG Soave and Valdobbiadene and IGP Veronese. The program included visits to wineries and wine tastings at “Montresor Wines”, “Azienda Agricola Fasoli Gino”, “Azienda Agricola Pieropan”, “Cantina Antica Bartolomiol” and “Azienda Vinicola Ca’ Dei Frati”. <\/p>\n

The gastronomic experiences were not neglected either. First of all, the tasting menu at the “Lugana Tratoria di Hotel Parco al Largo” in Sirmione, on the shores of Lake Garda. But we can’t forget the authentic pizzeria “Belvedere” in the small town of Santo Stefano, where we stayed at the “Agriturismo Due Carpini a Valdobbiadene”. Participants admired the architecture of old buildings, churches and, of course, Juliet’s House in Verona. In Bossano del Grappa, besides the historical center with its old bridge, we visited the interesting “Poli- Museo della Grappa”. Three medieval castles were also on our way: “Castello Scaligero di Sirmione”, “Castello di Soave” and “Castel Brando Cison Di Valmarino”. Last but not least, we savored the stunning scenery of the terraced hills, planted with Glera vines, part of “The Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene”, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
