KNIGHTLY FESTIVAL OF ROMANIAN WINE
2024 edition

Location: Craiova

    The participation fee is 1100 RON (220 EUR) / person and includes:

    - participation in the academic session of the festival;
    - visit to the Banu Maracine Didactic Station, with wine tasting;
    - participation in the Harvest Festival and the grape crushing ritual with fresh must tasting
    - traditional Oltenian dinner with artistic program at Smart Pub, Preajba lake complex;
    - coach/electric bus transfers for Friday;
    - guided tour of Craiova municipality
    - participation in the Wine Knights Ball organized at the Ramada Plaza - Ballroom Constantin Brâncuși;
    - the excursion kit for each participant (for the Harvest Festival).

    - Single room: 90 EUR/night/room
    - Double room: 128 EUR/night/room.

    Reservations must be made individually by the participants at the email address reservations@ramadaplazacraiova.ro, using the call sign "CAVALERII VINULUI / WINE KNIGHTS". Reservation confirmations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

    Recommended airports (for transfers, please contact the hotel):
    Craiova International Airport (approx.7 km / 10 min.)

    The event fee does not include accommodation, transfers to and from the airport, a la carte menus, (mini)bar or other extra services requested individually by participants.

    NOTES:

    1) The event is sized for a maximum of 200 participants, with places being reserved in the chronological order in which the participation fee is registered in the organizer's bank account.

    2) Although we do not wish to do so, the number of participants may be reduced if the legal public health regulations in force at the time require it. In this case, persons will be removed from the list of participants in reverse chronological order of registration (starting with the last ones registered), and they will be guaranteed the refund of the participation fee according to point 8).

    3) It is the responsibility and option of each participant to take out personal health and accident insurance.

    4) Some activities included in the programme may be replaced by others similar in duration and content.

    5) If the organizer chooses to reschedule the event, participants may opt to keep their registration.

    6) Registration of participation will be confirmed by the organizer by e-mail.

    7) Cancellation policy:

    ➢ cancellation until 01/08/2024: 95% refund of the participation fee (5% - processing fee / person).

    ➢ cancellation until 01/09/2024: 75% refund of the participation fee.

    ➢ cancellation after 01/09/2024: no refund.

    ➢ cancellation of registration in case of force majeure: full refund minus 5% processing fee/person. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by the person who made the reservation.

    8) The costs for the collection or reimbursement of the amounts due will be borne by the applicant for registration.
