The participation fee is 1000 RON (200 EUR) / person and includes:
- participation in the Festival's Academic Session;
- visit the vineyard and the Recaș winery, with wine tasting;
- traditional dinner with artistic program at Recaș Wine Cellars;
- coach transfers on the route Timisoara - Recas and return;
- participation in the Wine Knights Ball organized at the Timisoara Convention Center - Experience Hall;
- the excursion kit for each participant (for Friday - visit to the Recaș wine cellars).

Reservations for accommodation must be made individually by the participants, exclusively in written form, to the email address office@hoteltimisoara.ro, using the code "CAVALERII VINULUI / WINE KNIGHTS". Reservation confirmations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

The event fee excludes accommodation, transfers to and from the airport, parking fees, a la carte menu, (mini) bar or other extra services requested individually by participants.
NOTES:
1) The event is sized for a maximum of 200 participants, with places being reserved in the chronological order in which the participation fee is registered in the organizer's bank account.
2) Although we do not wish to do so, the number of participants may be reduced if the legal rules in force at the time so require. In this case, persons will be removed from the list of participants in reverse chronological order of registration (starting with the last ones registered), and they will be guaranteed the refund of the participation fee according to point 7).
3) It is the responsibility and option of each participant to take out personal health and accident insurance.
4) Some activities included in the programme may be replaced by others similar in duration and content.
5) If the organizer chooses to reschedule the event, participants may opt to keep their registration.
6) Registration of participation will be confirmed by the organizer by e-mail.
7) Cancellation policy:
➢ cancellation until 1/8/2023: refund 95% of the participation fee (5% - processing fee / person).
➢ cancellation until 1/9/ 2023: refund 75% of the participation fee.
➢ cancellation after 1/9/2023: no refund.
➢ cancellation of registration in case of force majeure: full refund minus 5% processing fee/person.
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing by the person who made the original booking.
8) The costs for the collection or reimbursement of the amounts due will be borne by the applicant for registration.
